Be sure the name of the client is registered on the Server (MR_Server).
If the user you are setting up is brand new, you must create a user account for them on MR_Server. This is done using User Manager for Domains in the Administrative Tools submenu of the start menu. Follow these steps

1. Click:
¨ Start
¨ Administrative Tools
¨ User Manager for Domains
¨ User
¨ New User

2. Then and fill in the blanks which should be reasonably self-explanatory. Use the computer name (eg. WS20) for both the Username and Full Name fields, unless it is a solicitor in which case you can put their real name in the Full Name field.

3. Click "Password Never Expires" on, and "User Must Change Password at Next Logon" off. Click "Groups" and add the user to the MRUsers group.
